How to Earn Points:

Earn 1 point for every 1 Euro spent or equivalent in any currency.

Points are automatically credited to your account after each purchase, both online and in-store.

Redeeming Points:

Redeem 5,000 points to enjoy a 5% discount on all fully priced items for 1 year.

Upon redemption, 5,000 points will be deducted from your account.

Redeem 10,000 points to enjoy a 10% discount on all fully priced items for 1 year.

Upon redemption, 10,000 points will be deducted from your account.

Program Rules:

Eligibility:
The loyalty program is open to all customers who create an account on our website or register in-store.
Point Accumulation:
Points are earned on the full price before any discount is applied. If you have enough points, you can claim the discount on that same item at the time of purchase. Points cannot be earned on purchases made with gift cards or redeemed points
Point Expiry:
Points do not expire as long as there is account activity (a purchase or redemption) within 12 months.
Discount Duration:
Discounts are valid for 1 year from the date of redemption. The discount applies only to fully priced items and cannot be used on already discounted items. Once the 5% or 10% discount period ends, points must be re-earned to redeem the discount again.
Non-Transferable:
Points and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Returns and Adjustments
Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your account. If a refund is issued after redeeming points, the applicable points will be adjusted accordingly.
