Where we ship

We ship from our locations in Albania, Bulgaria and the United States to destinations such as Europe, North and South America, and other international destinations. Orders are shipped from the location holding the item.

Processing time

Every item is inspected and authenticated before dispatch. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times and costs

Europe: 2-7 business days. United States: 2-5 business days. Rest of world: 7-10 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with insured, tracked services from FedEx, DHL and UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. A signature may be required on delivery.

Customs and duties

Orders to the EU and the US are shipped with no additional customs duties for the customer. For other destinations, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Insurance and damaged parcels

All shipments are fully insured until delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please note it with the courier and contact us at info@brandvilleshop.com within 48 hours with photos.
