Brandville 15-Day Return Policy


At Brandville, we are committed to ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with their purchase of luxury handbags. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:


Return Period


Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

After 15 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.


Condition of the Item


The handbag must be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you.

All original packaging, accessories, and Brandville tags (if applicable) must be included.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or removal of security tags will not be accepted.


Return Process


Contact our customer service team at info@brandvilleshop.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.

The item must be shipped back in secure packaging to ensure its protection during transit.


Refunds


Once the return is received and inspected, Brandville will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items


Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
